We host music competitions and showcase user-submitted content through embedded media players from third-party platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud.

2. Acceptable Use

  • DO NOT Submit content you do not own or have rights to
  • DO NOT Upload or link to illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • DO NOT Manipulate competition voting (including use of bots or alternate accounts)
  • DO NOT Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • DO NOT Harass or threaten other users

3. Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without liability.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Use this site at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AH AYE YO LLC from any claims or liabilities related to your use of the site or your content submissions.

  • User-Submitted Data: Discord ID, email address, track embed links
  • Automatic Data: IP address, browser type, visit time, referring pages (via Google Analytics)
  • Cookies: Used for login sessions, voting, and analytics

  • To run music competitions and display winners
  • To improve our website and user experience
  • To communicate with participants and provide updates
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@ahayeyo.com.

EU residents have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with trusted providers or as required by law.

Music Submission Policy

We only accept music submissions via embed links from:

  • Spotify
  • YouTube
  • SoundCloud

Direct uploads are not permitted.

By submitting a track, you grant AH AYE YO LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your embedded media
  • Share your track in winner announcements or promotions

You retain full ownership of your music. You must have full rights to all submitted content.

Winning entries may be displayed indefinitely unless you request removal by contacting info@ahayeyo.com.

Copyright Declaration

By submitting content, you declare under penalty of perjury that you:

  • Own or have proper rights to the content
  • Are authorized to submit and publicly display embedded links

Competition Rules

  • Discord server minimum age: 13+
  • Competition entry age: 18+
  • One entry per competition unless otherwise noted
  • Winners are selected by community vote
  • Entries may be disqualified for rule or copyright violations

By entering, you agree to allow us to display your track as outlined above.

Legal

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.

If any section is unenforceable, the rest of this policy remains valid and in effect.
