We may modify or terminate services at any time. We are not liable for indirect damages. By using our site, you agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your actions.

Your Rights

Music Sharing Policy

Important: We only accept music via embed links from Spotify, YouTube, or SoundCloud. No direct uploads.

By submitting embed links, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display the embedded player on our website
• Share links to your tracks
• Feature tracks in winner showcases

You keep full ownership. We don't host your files. You must own or have rights to all content you submit.

Winner features remain on our website indefinitely unless you request removal.

Copyright Declaration

When submitting music, you must declare under penalty of perjury that you own or have rights to all content you submit, including any embedded content from third-party platforms.

Competition Rules

Age requirements:

• Discord server: 13+
• Competition entry: 18+

Additional rules:

• One entry per competition unless stated otherwise
• Winners selected by community vote
• We may disqualify entries for rule violations or copyright issues

By entering, you grant us rights to display your track as outlined above.

DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

How to File a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to our DMCA agent including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it's located on our site
4. Your contact information (address, phone, and email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to federal court jurisdiction in Nueces County, Texas

Repeat Infringers: We will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

False Claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly making false claims may subject you to liability for damages.
